New “Over-55” Development Next Door!
The Crescent Group developer and sister company Cornerstone Homes is completing coordination with Chesterfield County to build an “Over 55” community with about 80 homes. The location is between Winterpock Road and the Willow Creek homes on the entire west side of Lost Parrish Drive.
In a year or two road and utilities construction will begin and by 2030 or 2031 the community should be completed.

walking trails
The main entrance will be on Winterpock Road with a second access via Jordan’s Parrish Road from Willow Creek.
The wooded buffer area between Willow Creek and the new community will be 20 to 25 feet.
